My artistry is a wide but fairly focused mix of imagery that celebrates and enshrines the beauty of women and feminine iconography. My style is a blend of commercially viable work with artistic integrity melded with hints of modern and classic glamor/fashion photography. I prize collaboration quite highly and am proud of the fact that most of my work displays the ideas and designs of my models as much as it does my skills, efforts and planning.
I believe in collaborating with my clients to capture the unique images they seek. I offer a variety of different services, depending on my clients’ needs.
I have been interested in photography since my teens during the days of “film”. I experimented with landscape photography and various forms of glamor off and on for many years, learning the craft of creating portraits, developing film and mastering lighting techniques.
I was a teacher for more than 20 years in Southwestern NH, and the demands of that profession forced me to put photography on the back burner for much of that time. When I began producing the nationally syndicated public access TV show Saturday Fright Special in 2005, the need for promotional imagery drew me back to the fold. Since then I have thrown myself headlong into digital photography and now am the owner of RJT Images and principal owner of Light Works Studio in Worcester, MA, a fully functional, 2400 sq ft studio that caters to the needs of a very wide selection of clients needing specialized imagery.
In recent years, I have been creating imagery, writing articles and editing content for several magazines including Glam Modelz, Modelsmania, RHK, BADD, Glam Jam and Nine5Four. I have also done work for Men’s Fitness, Muscle & Fitness and Flava Girl.
